I see. You must mean Empire...as coalition is a group of sovereign allies.
No, coalition is exactly what I meant. All will become clear.

My post could hit 4 pages in 12pt Times before I'm done.

Admiral Witt Wilk of the Rebellion is based in the Sirgil system. He is probably best described as a stealth Admiral. His climb up the ranks of the Rebellion chain of command, was not noticed by most. But, mysteriously, he is one of the highest and most decorated officers in the Rebellion. He even wears an insignia identifying him as part of The Order of Valtere -- but none of Witts peers ever even heard of it. Some of them were planning to ask President Skyblade (as if they were holo sport buddies with the President of the Rebellion ... yeah, right!).
Yes, reader, you may have noticed the familiar last name. In fact, Witton Wilk is the cousin of the infamous Karl Wilk. Yes, that Karl Wilk. The same Karl Wilk who both the Rebellion and the Confederation(!) list as a deserter ... who became the notorious pirate ... who, in a spectacular defeat at the hands of ZenMasta T in the classic Battle of Pollux, received a brain injury thought to be permanent ... who is thought to still be wandering the outer reaches of the universe, searching for a (mythical?) planet he calls STaal.
Witt Wilk has not heard anything from his cousin in years. But one would be foolish to hope the similarities of appearance and demeanor were only skin deep. The genetic commonalities are profound. They suggest....
(Yeah, I suppose my "alliterator" is still working, huh?) Skyblade, what fleet numbers do you want me to have? (I "prefer" to build my own, but with what limits? How many do I have to control? And how come my "recruiting poster" isn't working?)
Maybe I'll see you all late Thursday. Have fun....

Ok, the story has officially begun. I've created the topic and official discussion thread, which we can use instead of this one. Assuming they work, the links in my sig should go there, which is the other purpose for posting this. Please direct further discussion there. BTW, Rak, I decided that Sirus is correct as is, I think. It actually wouldn't even rate three if it weren't home to Sirus Cybernetics Corporation.
