That would be best asked of the actual author. I know that he cancelled work on it, only to start it back up again a little while back; however, I'm not sure what it's current status is.

Cold blood?! Where do you guys come up with this?!
I'm afraid that Cold Blood will most likely be another massive-project-flop to blight EV's history. I had some serious faith in that plug while it was just starting up. Progress seemed to fly by. It seemed that every time I would swing by the board, there would be another beautiful ship posted. The website was rathter expansive, updated often, etc.... It looked like a real winner. Now, I can't remember the last time I heard it mentioned and I've completely forgotten who created it.

Cold Blood is a plugin for EV that is possibly still being developed. We did not 'come up with this'. Please do a little research before you start asking inane questions.
