Please post that type of question on this thread, okay? To answer your question, you get the tractor beam, but not the cloaking device. Why? The tractor beam is a weapon, the cloaking device is not. There are no non-weapon outfits allowed (eg no ramscoop or cargo pod, or armor enhancer, etc.).

I am getting a bit confused about all of the unique ships out there, and thus have decided to make a complete list of them. Please submit the following specs to me so I can put them on my list: Send them to me at Nickg014@yahoo.com , thanks!

I have decided that my planets will have the same defense fleets as they really do in the game. I don't see why I should modify my fleet; it seems very small compared to everyone elses' fleets. Exactly what do you want me to do with it?

You have to modify your fleet to fit in with the amount of money you are given. How about this: you get an extra fifty million (to equal the amount mercs get. So now you get to keep your fleet and add more to it.

Defense Fleets: To fit in with the new fleet numbers and rules, defense fleets must be changed. The standard EV defense fleets just won't work in this environment, and the rule is that all defense fleets (of equal planet types (except for Sol)) should be equivalent. Therefore, you must change yours so it is similar in price to everyone elses. If you can show a defense fleet that fits with the fleet allotment of the world it is defending, you can use that as a defense fleet. If you do not do that, attacking players may create their own version of your defense fleet.

Luke, you do not have to wait until three pages are completed to develop the Heavy Kestrel, just do it when the Pyrates have the money, which is in this case in three pages!

As for the modified Argosy, add the mass to the description and General Rak will be able to officialize the cost, if it is different from the normal one with its two Hawk fighters.

Sorry to be late on this, I even posted before, but I am unsure about the fact that a fleet can wipout 113 mantas and take only 3 Prolwers. The barrage of rockets would have hit at the same moment as the rebel missiles the two sides, then the bombs. I do not doubt the Confed victory, but rather the Ťreduce losesť, but mostly the way it is said to be: both sides are at war and know that they can be under attack at any moments, so saying that they are unprepare is like saying that mercenaires are not good pilots.

BariSaxGuy, your personal map of the Blackthorne Empire shows that Darven has a darker spot in the middle, which means, according to the Skyblades's map that it is a coreworld, which is not. I maybe mistaken, but Ťjustť for conformism, could you adjust it.

Luke, the pay that the pirates could receive could be a max of 1,5 M credits per page, make this number vary up to this as you will: the hunt is not always good! For the captured ships, write a description of the battle before saying that a ship has been stolen. Ships like Kestrels or frigate-destroyer-cruiser-class are less likely to be taken since they travel with escorts and belong to more powerful organisations than civilians. Freighters, couriers, scoutships are all yours more easily.

Welcome Jimbob and before General Rak kills you, the things that are permitted in the EVW is only the pure story itself! All the rest is here: questions, comments about the way things are going has to be done here.

Now the important:

Rebel start with 800 M credits for offensive fleets. The Defence Fleets are: 100M for capital, 40M for core worlds, 20 M for colonies, see Skyblade's map for the Rebel location of these systems.

Your fellows are UE Admiral (active), and the useen: The Space Between, RSS BlackHawk, Kyle the Kender said that he would not write or something like this.

I suggest you contact UE Admiral to organize the Rebel counterattack, the Confeds have taken two system near Olympus and have set up a DF.

When you conquer a new system, you have to pay for the new DF, from your own money, not the one from the planet allocation. After three pages, you will be able to receice the Ťsystem payť.

New ships have been developed before the start: the Confed Prowler corvette, which is a corvette for its speed!; the Corsair a Lethe war ship; the BlackThorne Tigershark a fighter; the Olympian Athean frigate. Take a look a BariSaxGuy's signature to his well done own page about the new ships.

That's okay. The way I see it, space bombs have extremely deadly spread damage. So if you launch about 30 or 40 of them, they should be able to easily slice through a cluster of mantas. Try it in game against a fighter pack and see what I mean. However, since you are the supreme mod and you have a valid point, I'll go back and edit the battle so that I incur more losses. Okay?

He also used most of the 800M Rebel capital on his own fleet. You can, if you want to, change the composition of the Rebel defense fleets, but my battles stand (after they are edited for the above posted reason).

I know the wide range of a bomb, it is more your interpretation of the Rebel tactic to attack which makes me think. The adjustments are fine.

Well, it seems to me that since they had never seen the Prowler before they would divert to the normal in-game tactic of swarming.
