Probably a few dozen. If you just want a cheat sorta thing, go to the addons section under cheats. If you want a more in-depth sort of thing, look at the larger plug-ins. I can't remember exactly which will give you access to the alien ships, but they are all still pretty fun.

Well, there used to be a "test pilots" section of EV.com, which was awesome. It had pilot files with different ships, including the alien ships, available for download.
But, to answer the question, I don't know of anything except cheaters that do that.

Don't forget one of the oldest EV utilities out there. (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/cgi-bin/vftp/dl-redirect.pl/EVInstaShip10.sit.hqx?path=ev/utilities&file;=EVInstaShip10.sit.hqx")EV InstaShip(/url) has been around for almost as long as I can remember. The two Alien ships are availble along with any other ship in EV.
Plus you can put yourself in a Hawk or Executive Transport. Score!

Thanks, I managed to find one called Alien Ships and Beam Weapons (two bundled ones) which have the fighter available, but not the warship. If anyone knows about this plug and any info on it, it would be appreciated.
