guys, i'm on the mission to locate the aliens.. and have been to just about every system around the (asteroid field is it?) that they tell me the aliens should be near.. i havent seen any yet, so i returned to palshife to see if maby the rebels would tell me anything.. nada. should i just make another sweep through all the southwest systems i guess? just asking bc i get tired of jumping around the galaxy n not having any action
You could always try opening up the data files in ResEdit, or create a new plug-in using EV-Edit (leave the EV-Edit bashing at the door, there is nothing that even EV-Edit could do to mess up in this instance; I only say "make a new plug-in" because then you can see the game's resources).

Bleh, that's cheating. Also, which mission are you on, locating or destroying? You have to search in both cases. Either way, the Alien isn't exactly in the Asteroid Belt. try again, and expand your search radius a bit.
