Actually, I think the site admins have to specifically move your file from the uploads directory to the addons section before it is downloadable.

Resending the file is probably easiest. It probably got lost somehow - it seems unlikely that a site admin would just reject it without telling you.

It's required that a site admin move the file for quite some time; you must have been lucky and posted right as it was being updated.
Yeah, I'm the one that does moderates the Addons (as you can tell by my sig), but I've been rather busy lately. Anyway, it's there now.
