The plug that I am looking for has a ship in it named the Halibit. The Halibit looks like a Manta painted white with blue streaks on it. If you know the name of the plug and where I could find please tell me.

I believe you are referring to Galactic Scourge's Halibut, a pre-Manta light fighter built by the same company. The (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/games/ev/addons.html")EV Addons Page(/url) will have this plug-in.
