Hey, I know this is a ridiculous question, but you have to help me out. I just downloaded ev after not playing it for a while, and now I forgot how to make planets pay tribute to me. When I ask them, they just laugh and laugh in my face. I have a really beefed up corvet, two corvette escorts, and a kestrel escort with some small cargo ships, but they call me puny and a joke... This is bothering me. If anyone could refresh my memory on how to take a planet, that would be great. Thanks

BTW, does "Myraid" have anything to do with the titaness from Greek Mythology? It's been a while since I read up on the titaness's and other such demi-gods, so I may be off a tad.
As an afterthought: The planet's "DC fear factor" doesn't exist. The proggaming simply tells it to allow you to attack it when you're combat rating has exceeded 16,000 kills (That's crew members , not ships). That would be nice if planets actually did, "Beg for mercy" when you had a high enough rating... Maybe Nova will have a DC fear factor! This provokes some thought, though it may belong on the actual Nova(url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/cgi-bin/ubb/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&number;=26&SUBMIT;=Go")boards.(/url)
