hi, I finished the rebel alien mission ages ages ago and I have started a new pilot and I have decided to run the confeds, I got the particle beam now and I wonder were the alien mission string starts, wich planet do I have to visit and so on....

If you aren't using any Escape Velocity addons, then you won't find any alien missions, much less planets.

Actually, I think escape_alex is looking for the Confed version of the "aliens are back" mission string. He's already played the Rebel version.

looks like a cool site, but I am a bit confused... there are some missions for the confeds were it says; Available on any Rebel stellar
does that mean I have to go to a rebel planet and get a confed mission from there or have you made some sort of a mistake?

Skyblade means there are no missions where you can work for the aliens. The lone alien cruiser destruction mission is a confed or rebel mission.
