For those unable to successfully download the EV plug-in EMPIRE OF CRIME from the EV Add-ons site, there is a re-encoded version of the plug available from my homepage. I've checked and it downloads and decompresses without any problem.
Thanks to "EVula" and "PlanetPhil" for their help in settling this problem, now hopefully once and for all.
