Advanced:Why doesn't my lightmap get used in gameplay?

Level INFO(0) is not a completely abandoned feature (it was a predecessor to level lighting; it made the entire level a uniform brightness, with no variation). Now, it acts more of a TRUE/FALSE flag, signalling the presence of a lightmap. If set to a non-zero number, the game will look for a lightmap to use. If set to 0, the level will have a uniform, default lighting.
BIG, BIG NOTE: Do not set this to 1 if you don't have a lightmap. The game will have an ugly, overly-bright appearance.
