A few years ago there was a plug-in that expanded the EV universe and told the Alien's side of the story. It had incredible graphics(it even recreated the opening interface to resemble Alien Tech), and what sounded like a great set of missions. It was called Vorinth. It's web site just disappeared one day without any warning or explanation. Does anyone else remember it? Does anyone know what happened to it? Perhaps there is a similar plug out there...

Vorinth was one of the grand plugs of that era that died. You will sometimes see references to it such as "This won't be like Vorinth", but even those references are dying as fewer and fewer people remember it.

Is this "Vorinth" plug available anywhere. I could not find it in the addon files area. Perhaps it is named something other than Vorinth?

Vorinth was never released, although there is a small "Vorinth Test Flight" plugin that included three or four of the new ships and some weapons.
