I am looking for the plug in that changes bounty hunters into shuttles? ya know? But I can't find it for the life of me! There is no search option on the plug ins page is there? Where do i get that blasted plug! GRRR! :mad:

I've never heard of a plugin that does that...I know I saw a plugin for Override that deleted all bounty hunters, but changing them to shuttles? Heh, that's over my head...

I am very sure it exists, cause 'back in the day' I used it! And there was a plug in reffering to it in the plug ins section, but I can't friggan find it!
Boy, that has to be aggrivating. Why did Ambrosia take away the search feature in the first place? I've heard many people ask the same question...
Anyhow, the only helpful (and obvious) advice I can give is look through the oldest Escape Velocity add-on pages (if you haven't already done so). I'm sure that plugin has got to be there somewhere...
How long ago did you use it maybe they took it of ages ago.

It was a while ago, I guess they did take it off, that's annoying. Oh well, no biggie, I will just have to stand them for now I s'pose, until I get one of my freinds to make the plug.

BBEdit looks hilarious now that I've gotten a hold of it. I changed the menu's names, I made the folder icon a smiley face, and, of course, broke it. Now I have to download it again :frown:

You can do this yourself easily enough with resedit and the EV bible (annotated edition).

Backup ev. Open the EV Data file in resedit, and locate pers resource 163 (i think, anyway, the resource is clearly labeled "Bounty Hunter"). Change the ship type number to 128. Save, then play on.
More elegant would be to make a new plugin that changed the resource, but that is slightly harder. See the EV bible for how.
I have a copy of that Plug In. Its called Extra Missions, and changes the Kestrel Bounty Hunter, to a Shuttlecraft, among other things.
