Special Tiles:Why is there an excessive brightness while playing?

This is caused by the INFO(0) in Level Info. The documentation is wrong in saying that it controls level brightness. This is a feature removed during beta; lightmaps control that function now. It is set to 1 only to signify that there is a lightmap to be used in the level; else, it is set to 0. Simply set the INFO(0) to 0.
