I played for the rebels and got a tractor beam and cloaking device and the rebel cruiser and I am now wondering: how do I get the confed cruiser? are there any more missions for the rebels or should i ditch them and join the confederation (I am using version 1.02) please reply

YOU NEED TO GET VERSION 1.0.5!!! that is all i can say when you do get the new version, then you can capture a confed cruser there is some strange bug in the previous versions that makes it ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to capture ships when your capture percent is not above 20.

but, cant i buy fake id`s and start with the confederation and work my way up to a confed cruiser? or is it just with rebels you can buy the ships? (version 1.02)
You can buy a fake ID and get yourself a Confed cruiser if you like.

Same missions that lead up to getting a Rebel Cruiser essentially. Various things for the Confederation leading up the Alien missions.

Not sure, haven't played EV in over a year. It might be possible, but you'd have to check which bits are set by doing the Rebel missions.

I'm not sure, but I think once you finish rebel missions you cannot work for the confeds. However, once you complete the confederate missions you can betray them and start the rebel missions.

You can write in any language you want to, just so long as you provide a translation in English so that the rest of us can read it, too. We worked out this system after someone :rolleyes: got in trouble on the old boards by writing long posts in French (with no translation--but I was "conversing with a Canadien at the time!). Jude

That`s right. It takes one hour to drive from where I live to Lillehammer.
You don't have to make a new pilot. Just download the plug in the cheats section that resets all the mission bits. You keep the same ship and all you just can do all the missions over again or do the other side of them.
