Ev will start dieing when Ev Nova comes out eventually it will be dead.
EV will always live on, well mabey not, but ya got to admit it will always have a place in peoples hearts.

EV will always live on. It would live on longer if there could be some upgrades for it to enhance it to EVO's standards, i.e. x offset, beams stop when they hit things, more jamming options, etc.
A screenshot of the day would be cool however.

ev is, after all, the original (and some may argue, still the best) but EVO is generally more popular, better engine, etc. maybe it would be good if they could upgrade EV's engine but it is getting old. EV is aging... maybe MAYBE slowly dying, but nowhere near dead, yet.

Okay. Bottom line: EVO Sucks. Why? I figured this out when I beat a Voinian frigate with a buffed-up shuttlecraft. A. The world is waaaaay too big. It takes at least 10 minutes to complete a damned delivery: way too long. EVGE took care of this by making certain governments have missions which would only appear in their stellars. I like EV Classic for EVO, however. It lets you take advantage of the old game in the new universe. I'm looking forward to EV Nova, though...hopefully, it'll be a bit more fast-paced and a game where dodging a salvo of missiles actually requires some effort.

A problem would be that you need a registered version of Snapz Pro to take proper screenshots in EV and EVO. Not everyone has that.
