Ya'll know that green panel to the right side, right? Good! Well i was thinking, you press tab and you usually get a ship in the system, am I right so far? Good! It say's their sheild strength and what type of ship it is, right? Good! But... you can scan their ships can they scan yours? And if they can,what kind of government would it say, e.g. Pirate.
Just wondering... care to post?

In EV-Edit, when you open a ship it says the gov, if you buy a ship that has for the gov say, UE, then if you buy that ship, when other ships target you, on their scanners it will say "UE" for the gov. Get it?

No. That's just the default.
If you look at the përs or düde resource, you'll see that any ship can be any government.

It probibly doesn't and as such probibly just leaves the gov. sectoin of your info blank as many of the ships are.
