Not sure, I myself can never tell when a person might show up. Some pilots persons show up all the time.

I think that's a little late, ev123. Carnotaur's post was on 26 october which has long since past. The plug-in can be downloaded now, btw.
You might get another chance later though, since I heard he's planning to make an update with more persons added.
