I readed about this I cant remember where, whats that? How can I get Nukes. Where can I stole the Kestrel Parts? what can I do whit that I readed too about drink a cup in the bars, and if you xplore de EVdata with regedit, you can see a button with it but when you play, you can`t there are type cheats in EV?

The Kestrel parts can be found on a derelict bulk freighter. As to the rest of your question, there's only the forklift.

Kestrel parts can be stolen off certain freighters. I've never encountered one myself, so...
You can go to a certain planet to sell them. Not having done the mission, I wouldn't know the planet.

If you download ev game expander you can buy nukes after you compleat the polaris allance mission string.

Nukes thrown from the Forklift. That is a cheater item and also can be had from a code at the title screen

The Mission with the stolen Kestrel parts is like this :
In abandoned space you will prolly see a derelict Bulk freighter, board it and you will find a load of unmarked crates full of kestrel Sub-assemblies, If you take these to Blackthorne you get 1 million credits and the chance to buy a substandard kestrel cheaply (No lightning, only2 guns and 3 turrets allowed).
The "hidden" button you are talking about is the "Back Room" button, I have no idea how to get it up in the game.
The nukes are presumbably the forklift, go get some cheat plug.
There's two hidden features that aren't accesible, the first as Wham! mentioned is the bcak room button that I think was there in 1.0.0 but then removed, thesecond is a dialog box that allegedly lets you enter a code but there doesn't seem to be any way to get it to show up.
