I have now successfully dominated at least 3 planets. All are INDEPENDENT. After I demand tribune, and it's accepted, Confederate crusiers jump on me and give it all they got. Why??? IT'S AN INDEPENDENT SYSTEM! Please help me. Thank you

Confed Cruisers? They are a problem but keep behind them and try to avoid the bulk of their turrent fire and you'll be alright. Try to conquer a pirate system to even up your rating. REBELS RULE
