Here are a few questions about EV and EVO:
1. What does EV Tuner do?
2. Do ships ever help you when your under attack by enemy ships and you request assistence from another ship?
3. What does Matt Burch think the aliens on EV and EVO look like? What does he think the aliens on EV look like? What about the Azdgari? The Emalgha? The Voinians?
4. What program created the EV Titlescreen, the EVO Titlescreen, and the EV Main screen?

Well, actually once when I had only 13% armor in a freight courier, and was being chased by a Voinian frigate, I requested assistence from three UE Fighters. They said "Hold on, I'm coming" and blasted apart the Voinian frigate.
You're kidding. That must be due to EVO's advanced engine. One possibility though.... they weren't your escorts already, were they?
Nope, you can even do it in EV. I'm 99.99.9.as many nines as you can think of% sure that you can do it with Escape Velocity. Try it.
It sometimes works with Pirates...bounty hunters will come to your aid if you pay them, I guess. Rebels and Confeds automatically engage the pirates. But if you fire on say...a trader's ship, and request assistance, they won't come.

They weren't my escorts. However, that was the only time it ever worked. Maybe Matt knows something...

Atually, 2 works in a miltia controled system and there are pirates. I never ask though cause it is a waste of money. But it helps to speed it up if you are in a hurry. Pluse requesting fuel works in an inhabited system as well.
