The ingame music is ridiculously close to certain tunes in Aquaria. I guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery?
Meh. They copied the descending scale motif that Alec used in several of the tunes, but that's pretty much it. I don't see what the big deal is - it's not like they used the recordings themselves. If anything, I'd take it as a homage.
Yeah, Cheleball is right. Only parts of the music sound like the music from Aquaria, and its small parts of the tentadrill soundtrack. It is interesting that two ocean-based games have that scale bit. It might be inspiration from Aquaria, might not. Anyway though, I don't think its a big deal. Good catch though!
