Incorporated? So you've started a new company and you've already incorporated it? That's bold! What's your Nasdaq?

I would say so, yes.
Ambrosia is run by an adult who has the proper licences and copywrites to his business. He has produced a myriad of software products under that name and has a crap load of money.
You however, are a kid who lives with his parents and wouldn't have the first clue about how to run a legit business... including when it is appropriate to use "Inc.".

YA! INCORPERATED? YOU ARE A KID AREN'T YOU! I DON'T EVEN BELIEVE YOU ARE LEGAL YET!

Going corporate, or adding the Inc. to your name means you have a hierarchial structure, a payroll, and such. It doesn't seem you have ANY of the above. Incidentally, just because you're corporate doesn't mean you offer stock.

So...you'rew looking for graphics designers, writers, composers, and 3D modelers? Dare I ask what you'll be bringing to this "company"? (Not spellchecking, obviously...)
