Escape Velocity is better because I like the plot better... you have to make too many hyper jumps to find that other universe and it's a waste of money to ask people for fuel. Besides, my obsession with the rebellion is incurable
EVO, better engine, and you can get EV for EVO.

I prefer EV Original. EVO is funky in a bad way. The weapons sound so strange in Override that I can never get used to it. There is a plug that lets you play EV in EVO, but its WAY to big for me to download

Way too big? It's 5 megs, I successfully d/l-ed the MPW-GM which was a 19 MB d/l, and successfully d/l-ed it with this ****ty 56k modem.

evo is slower... and the names are confusing... igadzra, azdgari, zidager, zachit... did matt burch have a thing for the 'z' key one day? the ue/voinian thing is more complex than the confeds/rebels thing... that's bout it

I have a 56k modem but my internet connection is S_L_O_W. It took me 3 hours to download EV!
