I've been playing around with the idea of a EV TCG for a while now. If I actualy worked on it, would anybody play it?

How? Would you sell the cards or something, or would it be a computer game where you played with them?

That's not important at this stage. What is important is getting the rules down and starting some playtesting.
hey, id play! but only if it was a freeware computer program. if i hadta buy cards, no way! i have better things (or people) to spend my money on.

Actually it's a really good idea. Work on it.
This topic is dead already, but I find it intresting. My friends tried to get me into the Magic cards and even the... gulp... Pokemon TCG's a while back. And while they were fun, I kept loosing intrest in them. An Escape Velocity TCG would really hold me over, though. It seems almost made for the idea. You could have cards for ships, escorts, fighters, planets, stations, weapons, and a ton of other things. Too bad it could never happen.
