I really don't recommend EV-Edit because of its many bugs, but if you really want it, try here: (url="http://"http://users.aol.com/burgr/evedit.html")http://users.aol.com/burgr/evedit.html(/url)
Remember to use EV-Edit only on copies of important files, and to make frequent backup copies of your plug.
