First we gotta know what it does. ie. If it adds Rebel missions, Confed loyalists can't test it (and vice versa).

It has several upgrades to ships already there. It makes the defence forces of the sol system smaller(I was looking at the actual numbers on the planets. Every planet in the sol system had a defence count of 3127 ships) I moved it down to about two hundred. It adds one new race two modified planets and 2 newones. But again I'm not completely done and it may have more. (I havn't started working on missions yet so I can't tell you how many I'm planing on making).
One more thing. You will need to start a new pilot folder for this.
