I would like to ask for some advise from. I'm thinking about making my own plug now, so I made some ships and rendered them in Infiny-D(v.4.5), using Ships Builder Guide and Spin Anim Assist by Matthey Daily. My problem is that I can't convert the PICS files that I've got into sprites. I rendered them for the 80/80 sprite size (256 colors). When I try to convert them using Pics2Sprites (X=80, Y=80, Matrix 6/6), my machine just crashes on me everytime. I would really appreciate it if you can give me any hint. Also strange thing I can't open the Infiny-D PICs files, that I made with Photoshop (It tells me that the file is empty, though showing it's thumbnail). I can open those files with Graphic Converter (but it's not much of a help I guess).

What you need is picts2sprites, by someone or other. You can pick it up from the ev plugs page.

I personally prefer MakeSpin. (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/cgi-bin/vftp/dl-redirect.pl?path=ev/utilities&file;=MakeSpin20PPC.hqx")http://www.ambrosias...keSpin20PPC.hqx(/url)
