I play EV on the PC, with Executor (pleeeeease don't flame me) and I ran into a problem.
I just bought a Confed Cruiser, and when I took off from Luna, I discovered that I couldn't turn!!! I think this is most likely a memory bug, but I don't know how to fix the memory allocation.
And if it's not a memory bug, then I don't know what to do. Can anybody help??

It ain't no bug. That POS is REALLY that slow. Move up the game speed a little or get an RCS upgrade.

You have got to be kidding me... of course I think Macs rock the house, but I don't have the money or the privilege to buy a Mac...
Thanks for the help OctoberFost.
Check your prefs, there is a bug in EV with the speed control. If you set the speed below 100% the turning of ships is reduced by 1 (out of 6) thus a cruiser changes from 1 to 0, and thus cannot turn. Also, if you have rapier, you should turn at 4 and never get torpedoed, but you will now turn at 3 and catch a yellow load. The opposite is true if you turn up the speed. This affects both the player and the AI ships.

I didn't say the PC was a slow POS, I said the Confed Crusier was a slow POS.
Sorry for the confusion...
Well yeah, but judging by the board's personality I thought... shoot. Oh well.
You're right, I play on 75% speed cuz I like the slower speed, but I turned it up and it works fine. Thanks Ionstorm and OctoberFost.
