I have gotten to the point where my game wont let me do any more missions. I did the mutant mission for the rebels and I cant get access to any other missions. I need to know where or how to get the alien mission or any other missions I might need to do In order to get the alien mission. PLEASE HELP.

Hang arround Palshife and Clotho Prime. Then after you finish the alien missions, download Satori Station for 17 more rebel missions.

Yea, I'm thinking along the same lines as Neutronic. Are you referring to the bio-weapon mission? Or do you have a plug-in in there that's giving it?
BTW, you don't need to get the tractor beam if you want to do the alien missions. You DO have to have the cloaking device.

You gotta get the cloaking device first. Look for a capitan or admiral davies. If he offers you a mission, accept it.
What they mean is that you have to have done the mission(s) where you get the cloaking device. This sets the necessary bits for the alien string.

You get the tractor beam through the Astrodyne mission string, which has no connection whatsoever to the alien mission string.
And what are you talking about with 'mutants'? -Neutronic
The mutints I am talking about are the secret wepons you have to deliver from Clotho

I am almost 100% certain that you will find the alien mission on Palshife. They will send you down south to investigate alien appearances. The they will send you down there to destroy an alien cruiser. Of course you will have had to have done the other missions before this one. What is the plugin's name that gives you more Rebel missions??

I think that smashman is right. I do believe that Rebel admiral is talking about the munitions runs from Clotho Prime.
The munitions are abbreviated "munitns" in the Special Cargo description (under Free space), so that's where I think Rebel Admiral got confused.
Yeah I just started and I want to know where the Astrodyne missions start...
