To get the alien missions first do missions for the Confeds or Rebels. Then after you do a lot of missions for them one will come up were you have to go to a dock or tunnel that is known by a number. That's the begining of it. There is no neutron turret. There are nuetron BOLTS, and you can get those at any high-tech planet. For codes there are no more secret weapons. There's a code for the station of love, but it rarely works. Press x durring the start-up screen...

Okay, first of all, the IQ tests don't show your real intelligence, just your learning potential, and even then, why the hell would you trust them (or even care). You know how much you can learn, and what your potential is, no one else, if you need to have a test to tell you that, go get some self help books.
As for Mx big kestrel guy, you asked what the hold down codes (or whatever) were for the game, not how to get certain items (niether item you listed are you able to get merely by holding down keys), and when CF replied to your post telling you, you decided to be stupid and try to outwit a very smart (and very cool) ev guy who has a vast amount more knowledge than you do on this subject.
If you want help with a game, you should ask politely, being obnoxious doesn't hide your ignorance, nor does it impress anyone.
