wouldnt it be cool if there was a 3rd game? with a better engine and more features...i guess thats sorta what ares was like...but it would be cool of you had the real feeling of flying from system to system carrying a load of nuclear weapons to blow up a government chemical weapons facility...

Ares is in NO WAY like EV, PERIOD. You could get away with saying it's like EV and Starcraft... but really it's just a space action/stradegy game.... that's it!
