No turtle meat

where is the turtle meat?

I have played the game all the way through and am now playing it for the second time. I must say that this is a truly excellent game well worth the cost.

The only thing missing for me is turtle meat. I have not been able to find it anywhere. It is mentioned in recipes which means it must be available.

I do not feel very nice shooting at the turtles and they do not seem to drop it anyway.

Is this a bug?

You can get turtle meat by killing the armored turtles that you bind to take the shells off (like the one in the entrance to the song cave). Not a bug.

Thanks a heap for that. I can now stop killing the nice turtles.
