EVula's Lair updated

I finally updated my Lair. I've added a bunch of new Jokes, put up the EV Bible, added a bunch to my SC section, and did a hell of a lot of work on the code to each and every page. You have no idea how long it took me to get that done... phew.
Anyway, check it out. I also changed the layout of the top page. And, as per your requests, it has graphics. Er, rather, graphic. I turned my title into a little logo that I'm going to use to promote the Lair now.
