How do i get the pirate wight in pale?

I have access every other ship in pale and have completed the frontier missions. But I can't get the wight someone tell me how to get the wight plz.

you've gotta have a planet conquered. A mission will then appear in any bar. Follow the string and you'll get there eventually.
