now i've been having this problem turning this picture i made into a startup screen that doesn't look like crap. (http://www.geocities...96/universe.jpg). And someone suggested that i turn it into a clut or whatever. And they suggested a program called pict2clut. But since i can't find pict2clut, i would appreciate if someone would tell me where it is...or...tell me another way i can turn it into a clut or whatever.

It's called "PICT 2 CLUT", not "PICT2CLUT".
