Hi, since noone want's to help, I'll try if my registration was successful.
I can't give you details because it's more than a year ago I played EVO. You can find Anna in the southeastern edge of UE-space (or slightly behind the border). Just try a few Planets there.
IIRC you have to chase her a few missions and you shouldn't fly around with a shuttle
