Do Uplink techs set off the motion sensor?

Please, SOMEBODY tell me that i blew up feds with my computer instead of a tech coming to install my new memory sticks... <_<

If motion sensors went off when you needed an upgrade, the game would kinda suck. So, I'd say you blew up the feds.

If you get a yellow signal, it means that only one person is near your box. Feds come in numbers, so no worries.

If you get a red signal, it means that multiple people are near the box. There are two causes of such a situation:

1. The feds are coming to confiscate your machine. It's heavy work, so they always have many people there.
2. You purchased more than one upgrade in a short period of time, so there are multiple techs working on your box simultaneously. If you hit that trigger, you blew up your gateway right in the middle of an expensive upgrade.
