Technically, I'm on the boards all the time too. I just forget to log out, so I don't post all the time (e.g. sleeping, school, etc.)

That would be SPF 100 million. I am guessing that you mean this because your skin is deep within a building, not often exposed to heat, so you therefore must wear very protective sunblock.
