Does anyone know how to make ropes? The only way I know (Object menu, Rope,whatever) doesn't work.

Some forms of rope don't work. Try chain or classic rope.

D'oh! I tested it and only leather, regular, and chain work.
Yes, I found this out when I tried to put veggie rope in a green slimey room, for effect. Alas, it didn't work. Even if MASCOT says you can make a certain spirte but is not necessarialy going to show up. Rule of thumb, if it is not in the orginal game, it can not be done.
