ARC Storyline help

I was having some trouble with stealing the Darwin research data. I can only copy one piece of data at a time before the system admin boots me. Is there anyway to gain more time?

Also I found if I went too far ahead in time i automaticaly received the "Destroy the Internet" mission, whithout doing the previous two. (it replaced them) at then an hour later I got arrested for working with ARC. (agent lost)

I also saw, that I could pick up missions from Arunmor thru the mission board. Is it possible to go with both sides at the same time?
