I have a problem with a type of mission. My client wishes me to look at some old fart's account, find out how big his loan is, and then e-mail how big the loan is. How do you do this? And how do you do the mission where it says e-mail the whole dang account? I've tried to copy the numbers, rewrite the e-mail, but it still doesnt work. It's probably easy to figure out, but I havnt got a clue.

You seem to be doing everything right, and i can only see two things going wrong. Firstly are you in the right account? Yes, it is a simple mistake, but it might be the problem. Secondly make sure that you type in exactly and only the appropriate number, you may be adding something that throws off the game and makes it think that you don't have the right number.
------------------ I'm going to kill you with a blunt spoon.
Once you are in the account management screen, click on Account.
Next to loan, there is a number. Just hover over the email reply and type in the number. No c next ot it, just the number.
Do this while in the account so if something is wrong then you can resubmit it if possible.
------------------
I've been able to reply to bank inquiries with full sentences, "Subject has a loan of XXXX," and the mission completes just fine.
Make sure you're in the right account, and that you've given them the correct number.
