Whenever I try to hack the ARC lan central computer. I think this should work because: 1. I bypassed all defenses with 5th version bypassers 2. I disabled all the locks that are guarding it. 3. I spoofed as a nearby terminal.
unfortuatly, every time that I connect, I am greeted with the oh so annoying LAN alarm thing. If there is a way that I can hack without them noticing me instantly, I would be very happy if someone could tell me.

The best bet is to NOT disable locks. Instead, find the controller to unlock them safely. You can find which one they're connected to by clicking on the given lock and looking for a controller that's been highlighted. Connect to the controller, put in a password and decypher, and choose "Disable Locks". This will let you pass by. Breaking locks will always alert the admin.
Unless you've already done this and I'm just misreading your post.
Spoofing terminals is used to override the "valid subnet" system you occassionally see. If the server has a valid subnet setup, you have to spoof all of the terminals protecting it. Or maybe just one. Point being, unless you have a valid subnet to deal with, save the CPU power by just not spoofing.
Once you connect to the server, the admin will always notice you. There is no way around this, but you can speed up the process. Start by pressing play on your voice analyzer before you connect, then connect just as its at the middle of the message, and press the voice security button (between password and decypher) right before it ends. This way, it will grant access a few seconds faster (when the message stops writing, as opposed to when the message stops playing). Send all CPU power to the decypher or password, whichever you're using at the moment.
It often takes several tries. I once had a situation where the server was one click away from a modem I had to use to get in (I was booted within 15 seconds every time), but still managed to get it done. Make sure to have a file copier ready ahead of time, and your hard drive open.
Its not easy, but it can be done.

Thanks for the help. I thought that there was I way to do that without them tracing you.

Occationally you will run into a LAN that requires the use of a lock disabler. Sometimes there's no other way.
