I have a mission where I have to give an academic dagree to this guy. However, once I have hacked to the site (with 960 seconds to spare), when I search the files, all the people go by in a blure and I can't select a person, let alone change their academics. How do I get the people to stop? Yes I am typing the name into the search bar, and yes it spelled corectly.

No, you did not spell it correctly.
You aren't supposed to select the faces. The server goes (eventually) to the one you want and stops. If you didn't spell it correctly (or you didn't delete the text already in the text box), it won't stop on the person you want.
