I finished the Arunmor storyline. I finished the Mole mission. I've discovered most of the secrets. I can do any mission in the mission list without much effort. I have more money than I could ever use. I've reached the Mage level, so there is no mission I cannot accept.
Is there anything worth doing left? The only thing I can think of is to get all the way to the highest Uplink rating, but I'm wondering if there's a point, other than saying that I did it? Or is all that's left to start over and do things differently?

there is the arc storyline and have you broken it to the Protovition game server?
That's what I meant by start over and do things differently, and I've never heard of Wargames before this, so I don't think I have much chance of getting in.
i rented wargames fore the sole reason of getting the password and found that it is a good movie, if you really want the password i'll e-mail it to you. also unfortunately you can't do that many interesting thing after finishing the Arumor storyline, note you get disavowed after the ARC one.
Nah, don't bother. I can probably figure it out myself with some googling, if I ever decide to do so.
This is the problem with open-ended games. On the one hand, it's nice not to be forced along a given storyline to a set conclusion and that's it. On the other hand, with no new challenges, open-ended stuff just kind of leaves you hanging. If the missions got more difficult (faster traces, tougher security, more complex LANs, etc), that would be one thing... but I just can't muster the interest to keep knocking off missions which get easier and easier just to try and reach the top rank... So I guess I'll play through once more to complete the ARC missions, then shelve the game.
Only thing that I want to try other than spreading the virus is to see how far I can get into both plots at once - after all, there is a time lapse after completing the first Arunmor mission before ARC aborts their mission - I aim to find out which one will keep me employed after I send the virus to Arunmor and release it on their system... My guess is that it'll be the same as the standard Arunmor storyline.
