a. how to avoid the system administrator for a long enough time on the darwin mission and how to connect to the modems inside a lan.

Be fast, and know what you have to do.
If you're kicked off before you've finished the job, delete your logs in a previous bounce, and attack the LAN again.

About the modems, not all LANs have one, but you'll know it when you'll see one. You can get their IPs either by connecting to them in the LAN, or, if you can't, a terminal somewhere in the LAN has its IP.
Once you have it, run the Modem IP in the IP_Lookup to add it to your server list.
