Yes, i've searched, but I can't find the answer to my question:
I searched the news for a story about Arunmor having virus attacks, blah blah blah, nothing. There was no Faith vs Revelation menu at UISS. I got the dead agent's email, and still haven't deleted it. I bounced to ARC Mainframe. Used the code with the email. Left. Fast forwarded for a day. No mission or email. I bounced back to ARC Mainframe. Made sure they put a trace on me. Tried the password with the email again. Disconnected. Never deleted any logs. Checked the news again. Got disavowed. What happened? I only got the ARC storyline once, and it was when I accidentally did a mission from the BBS for ARC. Then they sent me an email. I got into, it, but didn't backup and got disavowed. HOW DO I GET THE ARC AND ARUNMOR STORYLINE? Sorry, I have those moments.

there is a delay between you hacking into their mainframe and you getting their missions. but you need to delete your logs, they contact you anyway.
