I have read alot about the arc story line and how to start but i still can't figure it out. I have gotten the email from the dead agent about arc. Then I tried the password on the arc mainframe but it dosen't work. What do i do now?

Yes, if I remember well. When you get special mission like that, you should always finish it as soon as possible.
