Can someone help me out? I've tried a lot of times, but can't beat the darn thing. Here's basically what I do: I have all the Internal Services Machines on my links, then remove their visibility and link through a bunch of other stuff (voice phones, personal computers, government computers, you know, stuff you can't put Revelation on), then save the bounces and turn the visibility of the internal services machines on. Then I wait for the mission to appear, then I basically load what I had, connect to an ISM (but save the connection to it), break through its defenses, run Revelation, then go back to the map, load my previous connection, and choose another ISM and repeat. The reason I save the bounces is so I know where I've already been...anyway, I go fast, but I just can't beat the mission. Anyone have strategies I could use? I'm stumped.

Well, I tried the new strategy, and while I still lost, that was probably because I was slowed down a bit. I'll try again later, hopefully when going at full speed. Still, I did seem to do better than normal on the mission, even if I didn't win it.

Uplink depends on the complete success of your earlier mission to have a chance of succeeding in the last one (Especially working for ARC). Keep alot of file copiers open add alot of systems If it doesn't spread fast enough, you haven't done all the missions perfectly If Uplink catches you, you're just not fast enough Make sure you only bypass the firewall (or was it proxy?) on each system, you don't need to bypass the monitor if you waited too long before starting the mission (Not stopping fast forward fast enough) that might be a problem Using Revelation V1.0 on the last ARC mission will make it easier. It stays longer than the rest of the versions. It will be infected for more than enough time. The higher version will dissappear faster since there is no more system to infect. Use a bit of Revelation V3.0 for some systems. In the end, if Revelation spreads to your Gateway, your job is done. Whee.
If you still have problems....
I didn't bother bypassing any of the monitors, because I know that would just slow me down. I'm not sure if I did all the previous missions perfectly, though.
Keeping a lot of file copiers open...I think I will try that...

No, still couldn't do it. I'm restarting my game and I'll try to "sabotage" Arunmor by accepting their missions on the mission board and then abandoning them.

I assume you mean that annoying little message that you get if you try to post after less than a minute of your last one? It's to prevent massive amounts of, well, flooding.

You can use revelation V1.0 for this as well, sooo....
when you see the news "Revelation Outbreak Due Soon?," then you start bombing MADLY... if you can, infect 18 systems, then wait for the actual mission. Have fun!
To be honest, not being able to complete the last mission serves you right for being evil ans siding with ARC. You could try destroying Uplink, maybe that might work as they will not disavow you...

Hey! ARC isn't evil! They're just misunderstood.
Anyway, I don't think you can destroy Uplink...there's no console in their internal services machine. I guess you could try infecting the Test Machine and maybe it would spread to there, but I still don't think that would save you from being disavowed. I'm pretty sure the only way to avoid being disavowed is to finish the mission.
