I use this program on my agent and get side affects.
*Sometimes It wont save my proggress *Can't start the story line *Messes up LAN hacking *uplink wont start
Can someone help me fix this?

Anytime you try a third-party mod, especially with a game like Uplink, there's a chance you could screw something up. I'm not really familiar with InterArc, so I can't really help you, other than to suggest you remove the mod and see what happens then.
